When I first noticed that I was unhappy with the way my body looked, I did what all of my friends were doing started to run and run just run. The results were there but way too slow. Plus convincing and motivating myself to run each day and that too away from the unwanted stares and stalkings was my main aim, it’s a task and a life achievement in itself. Then La Fitnesse came into picture where in few months of aggressive training and workouts, now standing in front of the mirror is never the same feeling of low factor anymore. The initial pains and cramps were now giving results. My body was getting back to its lost shape and finally it was getting toned up as desired by me. Although , there is a lot which left for me to cover in terms of getting into that "desired" shape with literally no tracks of fat. Under the guidance and constant motivation of the professionals at La Fitnesse I see myself more close to my desired goal.

Best way to answer your critics is to make their criticism the base of your achievement. Hard work does pay you back.Thanks to my trainer from "La Fitnesse" without him it was never possible for me to achieve the goal that I dreamt of for so many years. It was my trainer who pushed me through those tough times in every set and every rep to achieve what I desired. All the credit goes to him and "La Fitnesse".

I came here 2 months prior to may. When I came here I had a mindset that i want to be fit. But in actual, the first day i stepped in, the staff made me feel so confident and the belief which i had in me became "Graphite".
First day passed by, second day passed by, third day passed by, footer day passed by even the fifth day passed and i was still the same!!! Like every human, like every aspirant, my morale went down. I was expecting a miracle but i realised, " miracles does not take place in an overnight. [EVEN MR. OLYMPIA HAD TO START ONE DAY]. Somehow i continued with belief, "yes i can and yes i will". The only way to fail is TO GIVE UP. and now after completing two months under the supervision of my trainer I've gained significant amount of muscle mass without adding onto any amount of fat. That's the best thing that can happen. I would like to thank LA Fitnesse and it's trainers for helping me getting a step closer towards achieving my fitness goal.
